Lesson Information for Parents
Every calendar year, the School for Strings has four terms, of 12 weeks each, for weekly lessons. At the start of each term, a new payment cycle begins. This page includes important dates for our families. The Events Page includes all public events.

Lesson Cancelation Policies
Snow Days: As our students come from many different schools, we do NOT follow any particular school cancelation days. If we cancel lessons, we will contact you via email or text by noontime. Otherwise, we will hold lessons on that day.
Student/Parent Cancelations: If you notify of us AT LEAST 24 house prior to needing to cancel a lesson, we will work with you to find a time for you and for our faculty to reschedule your lesson. If you contact us in less than 24 hours, we may not be able to reschedule your lessons.
Teacher Cancelations: If our faculty must cancel your lesson, they will work with you to reschedule your lesson.
